The ideal candidate will assume the role of Database Administrator and be integral to the planning, direction and execution of our organization’s database architecture to support and enhance the data needs of our business. Candidate should be able to perform maintenance tasks on the current environment while also looking toward enhancements for scalability and the overall growth of the business. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid T-SQL Developer skills. SSRS/SSIS experience is a big plus.

Healthgram is seeking a dynamic and engaging member to join the team as a Health Advocate. Advocates are our members’ go-to resource for all of their healthcare questions, whether they’re asking about a claim or need help finding a doctor. We consider our Advocates to have the most important job: helping our members stay healthy.
Day-to-day duties of our Health Advocates include answering member calls, resolving member issues independently or as part of a team and facilitating proactive and/or follow up outreach.
Healthgram Health Advocates are trusted partners. Members count on them to advise on benefits, remind them of upcoming screenings and coordinate care to the best value facilities. We like to think of our Advocates as an additional expert in each of our members’ “care teams”.
