Marketing Director

Healthgram is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Director to lead our marketing department and support the company’s growth goals. The position requires a creative and focused leader that can work across all levels of the organization as well as prioritize and execute our collective strategy.

The Marketing Director will work closely with internal teams to innovate, implement, and oversee our core marketing strategies across disciplines like brand oversight, client and member support and communications, business development, content/digital marketing, PR, UX, and industry sponsorship events.

 

Objectives of the Marketing Director:

  • To oversee Healthgram’s marketing department and strategy
  • Create and deploy marketing strategies for new and existing products and services including, but not limited to:
    • Product overviews, presentations and proposals used by the sales team, client services materials, member communications, etc.
  • Drive qualified leads through creation, optimization and reporting of integrated lead generation campaigns, creation and distribution of thought leadership, email nurturing campaigns, SEO campaigns and social media marketing
  • Lead customer UX team and provide guidance to leadership on ways to maximize brand loyalty and experience
  • Oversee external agency partner(s) and vendor relationships
  • Oversight of all communication strategies spanning audiences: clients, members, end users, external media, distribution partners, and prospects
  • Own the marketing reporting cadence and facilitate internal department meetings to review and discuss campaign metrics, communications, data analytics, and ongoing recommendations to improve and enhance current and future marketing programs
  • Develop and manage event and trade show strategy
  • Lead public relations strategy and execution
  • Identify short-term and long-term marketing goals, budget, and resource needs
  • Lead and continue to professionally develop our internal marketing team. Recruit and train new marketing team members, as needed
  • Use company-specific KPIs to continuously improve strategy
  • Lead ongoing company culture and brand building initiatives at Healthgram

 

What the ideal Marketing Director candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications
  • 6+ years of marketing experience required, ideally in the professional services or B2B space; healthcare marketing experience a plus
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles, digital marketing and creating marketing campaigns
  • Strong content development experience and excellent writing skills with the ability to write for multiple personas
  • Experience with: WordPress, Google Analytics, social media platforms, marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred), CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, and Canva is a plus
  • Graphic design basics and software (Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Inbound marketing theory and application
  • UX best practices
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who can balance creativity, data analytics and brand voice consistency
  • Quick learner with a desire to grow, take on challenges and have impact within an expanding organization
  • A motivated leader that is not above any level of work and knows how to earn respect from peers
  • Strong organization and communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects across all departments within the organization on an ongoing basis
