The Opportunity

We are seeking a proven Regional Vice President of Sales (South Central) to accelerate new business growth across a multi-state territory. This role is designed for an established sales professional who brings:

  • Deep, active relationships within the benefits broker community
  • Significant self-funded experience
  • Demonstrated, recent success generating and closing competitive new business

We are looking for a sales leader confident in the strength of their broker partnerships and ready to align those relationships with a platform built to win, execute, and retain long term. This is not a developmental territory-building role — it is an opportunity to activate existing broker capital and expand market presence with a proven solution.

The RVP will focus on strategic broker engagement, disciplined pipeline management, and sustained regional production — not transactional submissions.

This position reports directly to Healthgram’s Managing Director, is fully remote, and requires consistent regional travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in the employee benefits industry
  • Self-funded experience required
  • Established broker credibility with consistent production history
  • Strong executive presence, consultative selling capability, and competitive drive

Compensation

Total compensation includes competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, and ongoing commissions — creating significant long-term earning potential for the right individual ready to leverage their broker relationships and accelerate regional growth.
