The Maintenance Technician ensures the smooth operation, safety, and functionality of our company’s commercial office facilities by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and responding to repair needs in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption to daily office operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring work is completed to company standards and on schedule.
  • Monitor and maintain building safety systems such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency lighting.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Support general facilities needs, including furniture assembly, space setup, and minor construction or painting tasks as needed.
