Customer Service Representative II

What the Customer Service Representative II can expect:

To undergo a detailed and systematic paid-training program
Work independently in your position, but with ongoing support from your team lead and management
Answer inbound calls from our queue to resolve issues from members
Proactive outreach to members to educate them on their plan’s benefits and how to get the most out of them
Remind members of upcoming screenings and other appointments
Coordinate care with members to help them find the best value facilities

What the ideal Customer Service Representative II candidate would bring:

Minimum two-year degree or greater
Familiarity with healthcare and insurance terminology is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills
Professional phone etiquette
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
Bilingual in written/spoken English and Spanish is a plus
