Customer Service Representative II

Training will take place fully in-office for at least 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule.

 

What the Customer Service Representative II can expect:

  • To undergo a detailed and systematic paid-training program
  • Work independently in your position, but with ongoing support from your team lead and management
  • Answer inbound calls from our queue to resolve issues from members
  • Proactive outreach to members to educate them on their plan’s benefits and how to get the most out of them
  • Remind members of upcoming screenings and other appointments
  • Coordinate care with members to help them find the best value facilities

What the ideal Customer Service Representative II candidate would bring:

  • Minimum two-year degree or greater
  • Familiarity with healthcare and insurance terminology is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Bilingual in written/spoken English and Spanish is a plus
