We are looking to fill a position as Claims Office Administrator. This entry-level position will serve in a hybrid role bouncing between receptionist and data entry duties. It will help build a foundational understanding of record keeping, health insurance claims, and strong clerical skills.

What the Claims Office Administrator can expect:

  • Key paper claims with speed and accuracy into system
  • Serves on rotation for Receptionist desk and their duties
  • Upload and log keyed paper claims and other documents into electronic file system with accuracy
  • Sort and look-up incoming claims via mail
  • Scan paper claims into individuals scanned folders as requested
  • Other assignments as assigned by management

 

What the ideal Claims Office Administrator candidate will bring:

  • High school diploma or greater
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking and able to prioritize daily work assignments to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • Self-motivator that can work in fast paced-office environment
  • Strong keyboarding skills (40 WPM or higher)
