Sales Support Associate

Healthgram is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to aid our sales team in various administrative tasks. This position will play a key role in streamlining processes for both our clients and the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage proposal intake
  • Data entry
  • Proposal template creation
  • Meeting preparation (i.e. preparing booklets, folders) for sales and client services
  • Create cost summaries
  • Auditing reports on our group information portal
  • Keeping Salesforce information up to date

What the ideal Sales Support Assistant would bring:

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
