Marketing Director

Healthgram is seeking a highly motivated marketing director to lead marketing efforts and growth initiatives. You will work closely with multiple internal teams to innovate, implement and oversee marketing strategies across disciplines: brand oversight, lead generation and strategy, content marketing, digital marketing, PR, UX, corporate communications and events.

 

The position requires a creative and digitally focused leader that can work across all levels of the organization as well as prioritize and execute our collective strategy.

 

Objectives of this Role

  • Drive qualified leads through creation, optimization and reporting of integrated lead generation campaigns, creation and distribution of thought leadership, email nurturing campaigns, digital ad strategy, SEO campaigns and social media marketing
  • Create and deploy marketing strategies for new and existing products and services
    • Creation of talk tracks, product overviews, sell sheets, presentations and proposals used by both teams to increase revenue.
  • Leads customer UX team and provides guidance to leadership on ways to maximize brand loyalty and
  • Oversee external agency partner(s) and vendor relationships
  • Oversight of all communications strategies spanning audiences: clients, end users, external media, distribution partners and prospects
    • Includes data analytics and facilitating internal department meetings to review client challenges and present solutions
  • Event and trade show strategy
  • Public relations strategy and execution
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget
  • Build, lead and manage a marketing team through recruiting, and training new employees
  • Use company-specific KPIs to continuously improve strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience required, ideally in the professional services or B2B space
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles, digital marketing and creating marketing campaigns
  • Strong content development experience and excellent writing skills with the ability to write for multiple personas
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media ad platforms
  • Familiar with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)
  • Graphic design basics and software (Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Inbound marketing theory and application
  • UX best practices
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who can balance creativity, data analytics and brand voice consistency
  • Quick learner with a desire to grow, take on challenges and have impact within an expanding organization
