Healthgram is seeking a dynamic and engaging member to join the team as a Customer Service Representative II. This position is our members’ go-to resource for all of their healthcare questions, whether they’re asking about a claim or need help finding a doctor. We consider our Representatives to have the most important job: helping our members stay healthy.

Please note that you’ll be required to work in-office for at least 6 months before being considered for hybrid work.

What the Customer Service Representative II can expect:

  • Answering inbound calls from our queue to resolve issues from members
  • Proactive outreach to members to educate them on their plan’s benefits
  • Remind members of upcoming screenings and other appointments
  • Coordinate care with members to help them find the best value facilities

 

What the ideal Customer Service Representative II would bring:

  • Minimum two-year degree or greater
  • Familiar with healthcare and insurance terminology
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
  • A general understanding of employer-sponsored programs is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in written/spoken English and Spanish is a plus
