Clinic Sales Coordinator

Healthgram is looking for a dynamic individual to join our existing sales and marketing team as a Clinic Sales Coordinator. This position requires outbound efforts to support summit events that present the value of our near-site clinics to qualified employers. The job requires an enthusiastic and energized candidate that is highly organized and confident in their ability to outreach and follow up with summit attendees and leads.

This is an entry-level position with growth potential into other sales and marketing roles within Healthgram. It is also a unique opportunity to be a part of Healthgram’s bigger mission to disrupt the healthcare status quo through more human and transparent healthcare solutions for employers and their employees.   • Outreach to prospective employers through email and phone to increase attendance at our clinic summit events
  • Follow up with prospective employers post-summit event to schedule calls and meetings
  • Comfort with outbound efforts like telephone, email, and social media (LinkedIn)
  • Ability to identify qualified prospects and key buying decision makers or influencers
  • Regularly follow up with leads and maintain key relationships
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SME) for meetings and conversations with qualified leads
  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing team for support and assistance
  • Leverage Outlook and Salesforce CRM for scheduling, future tasks, and touch plan strategies for time management
  • Utilize our marketing platform to schedule, manage and record activity, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Maintain and update prospective account and lead data to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to travel occasionally for summit events
  • Be accountable for monthly sales and marketing reporting and meetings
