Healthgram is seeking a dynamic self-starter to join our Medical Operations team as the Clinic Coordinator. The Clinic Coordinator is essential to the success of our on-site and near site medical clinics and will be the go-to contact at Healthgram for the operational needs of those clinics. The position has a broad range of responsibilities requiring technical as well as administrative and communication skills.
Day-to-day duties include managing vendor relationships necessary for the functionality of our clinics, resolving clinic issues that come into Healthgram through our medsupport email system, and recruiting, training and supporting clinic personnel. Becoming an expert on our proprietary electronic medical record is required as the Coordinator will be responsible for training new software users as well as supporting existing users. Other responsibilities will include acting as the liaison to multiple software services that our clinics utilize. The position will require close interaction with the Healthgram IT department.
