Billing Specialist

*Please note: this position does not offer work-from-home options. All duties must be accomplished at our company campus.*

We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist who will help streamline this process internally to ease the burden on our clients and their members. This involves maintaining accurate information within our databases. The position will also involve generating monthly bills for our clients. Both internal and external contacts rely on this position to deliver accurate details. This is an entry-level position ideal for detail-oriented and hardworking individuals ready to apply their talents to creating a better “normal” in healthcare.

How the Billing Specialist will add to the team:

• Report funding request with monthly premium billing and monitor the funding of those bills.
• Load information into multiple databases.
• Ensure that our portal information is current and accurate in accordance to our funding guidelines on a daily basis.
• Generating bills

What the ideal Billing Specialist will bring:

• Superior organization skills and a natural attention to detail
• A working knowledge of Excel with the ability to build spreadsheets that contain formulas
• An ability to work independently within a team environment
• AS400 experience (preferred but not required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
