Our parent company:  Primary PhysicianCare, Inc. provides comprehensive health plan management for self-insured companies, institutions, and organizations.  We utilize our fully integrated delivery system to negotiate with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, medical groups, and other providers so we can offer our members the most advantageous arrangement available.  In addition, we manage all billing and payments; and handle pre-admission screenings and other care management services.

Founded in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Primary PhysicianCare is privately owned and independent of any insurance company, medical care provider, or financial institution.  This independence allows us to offer our members the security and knowledge that we are working on behalf of their health—no competing agendas, no conflicts of interest.
